The developer ships an in-app guide with eleven chapters. It is a click-through inside the program, not a set of public article URLs, so the pages below restate the parts that answer a specific question and link the developer site as the source. The order here follows that guide: install, first launch, the right-click wheel, Character Studio, parts, lines, reminders, reactions, sharing, sales rules, and the short FAQ.
Make a character, then bring it in
- Make a character — three required pictures on an 800×800 canvas: body, head1, head2.
- PSD template — Character Studio, Image, Get template. Guide PNGs show the pin.
- Parts — ears, floppy ears, tail, wings, ahoge, a 400×400 head doll, and the v1.19.0 prop.
- Lines — click, idle, and reminder text, plus the // split.
- Import .cvclk — drag the file onto Import under Settings, Share.
Everyday setup
- Change size — a 600px cap and four preset buttons, plus a starting size stored in the file.
- Data folder — BUG Clicker 데이터 beside the exe, or the Mac Library path.
- OBS — the broadcast background color, then a chroma key. The key steps are ours, not a developer tutorial.
- Windows install and Mac install sit with the download pages.
The right-click wheel has six buttons: pin on top, show parts, capture mode, settings, close this character, and close everything and quit. Tray, Customize, Character Studio is the other door into the editor.
Questions
Where is the official manual?
Inside the app, and the same chapters are linked from bugndev.web.app. There is no separate docs site with one URL per chapter.
Do I need Photoshop?
You can load a PSD, add PNGs, or drop files on the stage. The template is a convenience, not a requirement.
