BUG CLICKER
BUG Clicker, written with BUG in capitals by the developer, is a desktop pet. A character stands on the Windows or Mac desktop. A click plays a sound and opens a speech bubble. It has no levels, no score, and no save slot the way a game does. Characters are pictures you draw or import as .cvclk files.

Is it made in Godot?
The v1.19.0 Windows release includes a file named bug-clicker-1.19.0.asar (6.5 MB) next to BUG-Clicker.exe (107.8 MiB). An .asar file is the archive Electron apps ship. That is how I read the package, and it points away from Godot. The developer has not named an engine. I am not calling this an official stack statement.
It is also not a browser extension. The window is a desktop program with a tray icon. A Steam page for some other project that uses a similar title was not a listing I could verify, so it is not in the table.
Questions
Can I play BUG Clicker in a browser?
No. The Basil itch.io project is a different, smaller browser game. BUG Clicker itself is the desktop pet.
Is the Google Play app the same pet?
No. Bugs Clicker (com.westplain.tapant) is a 2023 mobile game with ads. The desktop pet has no Play listing.
